Christmas Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients for Christmas Ice cream cake

• 1 x 2ltr Chocolate ice-cream
• 1 x 2ltr Vanilla ice-cream
• 1 x can chocolate topping
• 1 x pack chocolate flake
• 200gm apricots(dried) chopped
• 1/2 cup Apricot Liquor

Directions

• Start by softening the vanilla ice cream in a mixing bowl
• Mix apricots and 1/2 pack crushed flakes.
• Pour the mix into a tin
• Add  chocolate topping
• With a fork slightly mix with the ice cream mix.
• Soften the chocolate ice cream in another bowl and add remaining flakes.
•  Pour the chocolate mix over vanilla mix.
• Add chocolate topping.
• Freeze until entire mix is firm
